Business Development Trainee

Job Description :

• Managing distributors to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, order plan, sales plan and achieve company target & business objective.
• 80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.
• Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control.
• To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.
• New Open Outlet (NOO) Acquisition, both of General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI).
• Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.
• Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university, with GPA min. 3.50.
• Technical Competency: Strong in Sales, Leadership, Communication.
• Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.
• Experience: maximum I year experience, fresh graduates are welcome .
• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
• Eager to learn and a fast learner.
• Have driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is preferred.
• Willing to travel, work in fields, and ready for placement around Indonesia.
