Procurement Internship

Assisting administrative task, made a recapitulation about purchase requisition and purchase order, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst.

Requirements:

• Final year student or 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 Industrial Engineering with min GPA of 3.50
• Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.
• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Domicile in Jabodetabek
• Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
• Available to fully work from office (WFO)
• Available to join ASAP

Job Description:

• To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO
• To assist and ensure lead time of goods
• To monitor daily purchase requisition
• Handle administrative things related to Procurement HE&VE Division
