1. Network Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in optimizing the effectiveness of IT Network usage, including topology, protocols, and necessary hardware, ensuring the network is scalable and reliable.
• Manage network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
• Support the availability and development of IT Network services and technologies for all divisions.
• Coordinate with the team on administrative tasks and create reports related to the management and maintenance of the IT network.

Requirements:

• Mininimum Bachelor’s Degree/Final year student from Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
• Proficient in managing network devices (router, switch, firewall, access point).
• Fluent in English is considered an additional asset.
• Capable of actively assisting mentors in daily Project tasks.
• Willing to work onsite at Citilink’s Head Office (Tangerang).

2. Partnership Product

Job Descriptions:

• Gather and analyze data to compile insightful reports on our partnership products.
• Assisting the team in conducting research and generating ideas for the development of products in the aviation industry.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team to brainstorm creative strategies for promoting these products.
• Assist in tracking sales transactions and evaluating the performance of our partnership products.
• Ensure that operational activities related to partnership products align with our established SOPs.

Requirements:

• Mininimum Bachelor’s Degree/Final year student from Management, Air Transportation Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Having a good knowledge about aviation industry.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Strong skills in communication and negotiation.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work onsite at Citilink’s Head Office.
